Dieser Chardonnay - benannt nach seiner Tochter Florine- ist der knackigste Weisswein in Ganevat's Portfollio. Ja der Alkohol ist nicht niedrig und die Konzentration ist hoch, aber das ist eben auch ein Wein vom großen Meister, der eine sagenhaft Frische und Minerlik mitbringt. Ausgebaut für 4 Jahre auf der Vollhefe im gebrauchten Holzfass und dann direkt in die Flasche gefüllt. Komplexe Nase nach Sesam, Honig, Feuerstein und weißen Früchten mit Zitronentouch. Voluminöse Textur mit balancierter Säure, sehr aromatisch, kalkige Mineralik mit Salzbiss, das ist Ganevat in Reinform und verbindet Kraft mit Mineralik und Lebendigkeit, für uns der spannendste Chardonnay des Jahrgangs. Ganz großer Stoff, den man jetzt trinken kann oder für 20 Jahre im Keller vergessen kann! [CB 03/2024]
