Yves Roy von der Domaine Novice zaubert einen modernen Chardonnay ins Glas, mit einer leichten Reduktion und zarten phenolischen Grip. In der Nase Quittengelée, dunkles Croissant, Nuancen von Haferflocken, leicht nach Hefegebäck und geröstetem Sesam. Am Gaumen -anders als der 2021er- mit einem cremigen Beginn, die Säure wird der Zeit sehr lebendig, bleibt aber immer eingerahmt von einen gelungenen Extraktschmelz, saftige Apfelfrucht (Golden Delicious), gut ausbalanciert schwebt er so dahin!
