Ein schöner Rosè aus Südtirol im Pinot-Style (entgegen dem sonst landes-üblichen Kretzer aus Lagrein), zart lachsfarbig, in der Nase Walderdbeeren, nasser Waldboden Rhabarbermus und eine Spur Minze. Am Gaumen eine solide Textur, zart erdig, mit frischer Säure und feiner Mineralität, sehr elegant, wieder dieser Erdbeer-Rhabarber-Mix, bleibt gut und sehr angenehm haften. [GB 06/2022]
