Der Sauvignon Blanc Tradition ist die fruchtige und leichte Sauvignon-Variante im Sortiment von Philipp Kuhn. Im Stahltank ausgebaut ist hier die klare Frucht im Vordergrund, in der Nase reife Noten: Holunderblüten, gelbe Stachelbeere, Grapefruit, dazu kommt etwas Würze (Korianderkraut) und eine leicht rauchige Rauchigkeit.
Am Gaumen eine solide Textur, schlanker Beginn mit feiner Säure, dabei sehr saftig und weich, mit seiner intensiven Frucht sehr einnehmend, harmonisch und trinkig. [GB Jg. 2019]
