Description

Der Riesling Gutswein von Rebholz beginnt sehr animierend, mit knackiger Säure, diese ist allerdings deutlich stimmiger und weicher als etwas in 2013, dezente Frucht mit Steinobst und etwas Kräutern, eine leichter Zitrustouch, wirkt aber trotzdem eher reife und weich. Am Gaumen einfach und unkompliziert, sehr knackig und stimmig, etwas Quitte und Aprikose, leicht mürbe Struktur hinten raus. [CB Jg. 2014]
