Schon mit der ersten Nase kommt die typische Würze und reife des Grauburgunders durch, reife Steinobstnoten, auch ein Hauch rote Frucht mit Erdbeeren, dazu exotische Anklänge mit Maracuja, wirkt dabei aber keineswegs schreiend. Am Gaumen mit dichter und fester Struktur, fast pfeffrige Würze, rauchiger Nachhall und bizelige Struktur, hinten raus kommt dann weiche Cremigkeit, etwas Quitte und Ananas, bleibt intensiv auf der Zunge hängen.
