Description

Roter Schiefer dominiert die Lage Gola und verleiht dem Pinot Blanc eine feine Mineralik. Ausgebaut wird der Pinot Blanc teilweise in neutralen großen Holzfässern und im Stahltank, wo er nach der Gärung noch auf der Feinhefe liegt und auch etwas Batonage bekommt. Helles Grüngelb, in der Nase Mirabellen, feiner Mandelduft, weisser Apfel, ein Hauch von Vanillekipferl. Am Gaumen sehr frische Textur, feine Zitrusnoten, delikater Schmelz, winzige Kräuterspuren, helle Mineralik, bleibt straff und druckvoll bis zum Schluss, auch im Nachhall wieder Mandeln. [GB 12/2017]
