Ein leichter und erfrischender Petillant Naturelle aus Silvaner, das macht richtig Laune, intensiv und duftig, leichte Kräuternoten und viel Frische Zitrus, sehr stimmig und feine Perlage, dezente Rauchigkeit und eine Spur ausgefallen, aber insgesamt ein zugänglicher und duftiger Pet Nat. Am Gaumen mit feiner Säure und einem Hauch Gerbstoff, etwas Apfelmost und Birne, feine Würze und saftiges Finish. Aufmachen und einfach Spaß haben an einem unkomplizierten Blubber mit Charakter.
