Helles Gelbgrün, zarte vielschichtige Nase nach Apfel, Steinobst und Kräutern, etwas rauchig, vielleicht auch Pilze. Am Gaumen stoffig - cremig, weiße Frucht mit zarter Säure unterlegt, ein wenig salzig, harmonisch mit guter Tiefe, Apfelnoten im Abgang. Typisch für Katharina Tinnacher: erst verhalten - dann gut!
