Die Vinotheksfüllung stammt immer aus einer Selektion der besten und reifsten Trauben im Hause Knoll. Helles Goldgelb, in der Nase ein exotisches Fruchtfeuerwerk, Ananas, weißer Pfirsich, feine Würze, daneben ein Hauch von Honigmelone und Orangenzeste. Am Gaumen elegante Struktur, mächtige Mineralik, sehr stimmig, eine leichte Extraktsüße rundet das Bild ab, tragende Säure mit salzigen Nuancen, würzig, Apfelfrucht mit etwas Minze im Abgang, sehr lang anhaltend.
