Ein Jahrgangsverschnitt aus 2016 und 2017 - im großen alten Holzfaß auf der Vollhefe ausgebaut. Intensive Nase nach Kräutertee, Kamille, Hefezopf, Sternfrucht und auch etwas weiße Melone. Am Gaumen eine sehr frische aber auch fleischige Textur mit frecher Säure, dazu passend etwas rauchiger Kalk, traubig vom leichten Schalenkontakt, bleibt frisch und spritzig. [GB 10/2019]
