Description
Dieser Wein stammt aus zugekauften Gamay-Trauben und wurde äußerst filigran vinifiziert. Leicht durchsichtiges Rubinrot, in der Nase Veilchen, Bleistift, rote Kirschen und ein Hauch von Preiselbeeren. Am Gaumen eine strahlige Textur mit frischer Säure und nur wenig Tannin, ein zierliches Geschöpf - sehr lebendig und fruchtig, rote Beeren, animierend trinkig. Genießen Sie ihn in den nächsten 12-18 Monaten in dieser intensiven und knusprigen Primärfruchtphase. [GB 11/2022]
