Description
Die Seckinger Jungs haben mit dem Chardonnay >R< Pure im Jahr 2020 wieder den Nagel auf dem Kopf getroffen. Frisch geöffnet eine leicht fruchtige Duftigkeit, Hefe kommt zum Vorschein und Exotik bleibt nicht aus. Selektive Handlese, Maischestandzeit, 500l Holzfass, langes Hefelager und natürlich 100% Spontangärung. Gut eingesetzte Frucht, dezent oxidativer Ausbau, etwas Banane, Grip, Frische und zarter Schmelz. Kräutrig, leicht vegetabil, mineralisch und spürbarer Gerbstoff, nicht aufdringlich. Mit 12 Vol.-% eher ein schlanker würziger Chardonnay mit zitrischem und leicht salzigem Anklang. Karaffiert oder ein paar Stunden früher geöffnet zeigt sich der Wein von einer neuen Seite, absolut empfehlenswert. [NH Jg. 2020]
