Ein etwas anderer "Ortswein", der schön die Stilrichtung von den Seckinger Brüdern aufzeigt: spontan vergoren, etwas Maischekontakt, im großen Holzfass ohne Schwefel aber inkl. BSA ausgebaut. Intensive Nase nach Birnenschale, gekochtem Fenchel, Grapefruitzeste, dazu leicht kräutrige Nuancen. Am Gaumen eine herrliche Mundfülle, Schmelz auf der einen - feine Säure aus der anderen Seite, zarte Phenolik mit gutem Gripp, Pistazienkerne und leicht salziges Quittengelée im Nachhall.
