„Les Trouillots“ ist eine 2,6 ha große Lage an einem nach Süden ausgerichteten Hang nördlich von Poligny. Seit über 40 Jahren gedeihen hier bereits alle fünf Rebsorten des Jura, die beiden weißen, Chardonnay und Savagnin, finden sich vor allem in den oberen Parzellen, die besonders stark vom Kalkstein durchzogen sind.
Kraftvoll und mit guter Struktur präsentiert sich der Chardonnay Les Trouillots. In der Nase herbe Kräuteraromatik, Birnenschalen und frisch geschnittene Wiesenblumen. Am Gaumen bringen die Salzigkeit und die an der Zungenspitze ansetzende Säure die unverkennbare Jura-Nuance in diesen geradlinigen Naturwein und sorgen auf diese Art für die richtige Balance aus Power und Trinkfluss.
