Ein Grenzgänger zwischen Rosé (zu dunkel)- und Rotwein (zu hell) - in jeden Fall ein gelungener Naturwein in hefetrüben, hellem Rubinrot. In der Nase -eher verhalten- nach Himbeere mit Rhabarber, dazu eine minimale Würze nach Zimtrinde bzw. Zedernholz und ein Hauch Minze. Am Gaumen eine frisch-herbe Textur, saftig, schlank, mit einem schönen Gerbstoff-Säure Kostüm das ihn guten Grip verleiht, dezente Cassis-Frucht, bleibt lange haften, äußerst angenehm im Nachhall.
