Sehr helles Grüngelb, in der Nase blumiger Duft nach grünen Äpfeln, Nuancen von Zitrusfrüchten wie Pampelmuse und Blutorange und etwas Weingartenpfirsich. Am Gaumen knallig frisch, erfrischende feine Säure eines kernigen Apfel, aber auch etwas grasig-florale Noten - an eine frisch abgeerntete Heuwiese erinnernd, erfrischend auch im Abgang.
