Frisch aufgemacht ein leichtes Stinkerl in der Nase, typisch Seckinger. Rauchig, reduktiv, an Zündhölzer erinnernd, dazu etwas Zitronenzeste, etwas weißer Pfirsich, das war's aber dann erstmal mit Frucht. Am Gaumen gibt's mehr davon und zwar in Form von Nashirbirne sowie Quitte, aber so leise, dass der mineralischen Frische und dem zarten Schmelz vom Holzfassausbau (neues Holz) nicht die Show gestohlen wird. Die feine Cremigkeit in Verbindung mit der angenehmen Säure, die sich vornehm im Hintergrund hält, und dem zart mineralischen Finale sorgen für ordentlich Trinkfluss. Schöner Einstieg in das Sortiment von Jonas Seckinger. [AS 08/2023]
