Mit vollem Trub spontan vergorener Weißburgunder und wie immer von Moritz Kissinger auf der Vollhefe im großen Holz ausgebaut. In der Nase Chenin-Blanc ähnliche Noten: Bienewachs, Quitte und man riecht den Kalk- bzw. Salzstein. Am Gaumen eine straffe Textur mit frischer Säure, die ordentliche Phenolik verleiht im richtig Grip, leicht oxydierte Apfelschale, sehr saftig mit tollem Salzanflug, belegt intensiv -ja fast mächtig- den Mundraum, äußerst angenehmer Nachhall.
