Ein Weißburgunder klassisch im Stahl ausgebaut, sehr helles Gelbgrün, intensive Nase nach frischem Steinobst, daneben Holunderblüten, auch etwas Pfirsich und Mandarinenzeste (leicht an Gummibärchen erinnernd), am Gaumen eine zierliche florale Textur mit zartem Schmelz, wieder Mandarinen - diesmal mit einem Hauch Grüner Tee, jugendlich frische Säure.
