Description

Der Spätburgunder Tradition 2018 ist der Einstieg in die Pinot-Serie der Familie Fürst und bereits hier geht es äußerst seriös zu. Die Trauben stammen zum größten Teil vom Bürgstadter Centgrafenberg, der von Rotem Buntsandstein geprägt ist. In der Nase zu Beginn dezente Frucht Aromen, Walderdbeere, Himbeere und etwas Eukalyptus, dazu zarte Würze, Pilze und etwas Rauch. Am Gaumen elegant und feingliedrig, mit seidigem Tannin, dazu frische Säure und einem Hauch Gerbstoff. Die Frucht tritt in den Hintergrund, Zwetschge, etwas Waldboden, Räucherspeck und Pfeffer gepaart mit einer kräutrigen Würze. Großes Burgunderkino für kleines Geld! [ND 03/2021]
