Neu bei uns! Der 2021 Ortswein stammt aus den Achkarrer Top-Lagen Schlossberg und Castelberg, die Trauben wurden überwiegend entrappt, spontan vergoren und in Barriques (25% davon neu) ausgebaut. Die schwarze Vulkanerde verleiht ihm eine feine rauchige Mineralität und etwas Kühle.
