Eine rote Cuvée aus dem Jura, gerebelt und dann spontan vergoren, für 9 Monate im Holzfass ausgebaut. In der Nase intensiv fruchtig, rote Beeren, Kräuter, Schwarzwurzel, Brotrinde und ein Anflug von Feuerstein. Am Gaumen eine sehr saftige Textur, erfrischende Säure, dezentes Tannin, leicht blättrig grüne Noten, auch eine zarte Mineralik schlägt durch, sehr solide und trinkanimierend, süffig herb im Abgang.
