Die Riesling Vinotheksfüllung wird aus den besten und reifsten Trauben der Lagen Loibenberg, Kellerberg und Schütt selektioniert. In der Nase viel Mineralik (auch Asche, Jod), Anklänge von Dörrobst, kandierte Orangenschalen, Weingartenpfirsich, zarte Karamell- und Honignoten. Am Gaumen stoffig, voluminös, extraktsüß, doch eine Spur barock, aber eine finessenreiche Struktur, seidig elegant auch in der Säure, bleibt lange haften, mit gutem Entwicklungspotential.
