Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase gelbe Tropenfrucht, ein Hauch Maracuja, florale Ansätze, Nuancen von von Pilzen mit feiner Mineralik unterlegt (Feuerstein). Am Gaumen sehr ausgewogen, dichte Textur, von einer guten Säure gezeichnet, die diesem Riesling Heiligenstein ein rassiges Finale beschert, eher weißfruchtig im Abgang.
