Die Spätlese aus dem Graacher Himmelreich kommt sehr reif und intensiv aus dem Glas, in der Nase etwas Mango und Ananas, leicht kräutrig hinterlegt und dabei, trotz kräftiger Frucht, äußerst elegant. Am Gaumen mit feinem schmelz zu Beginn, zieht von Anfang an sehr schön auf der Zunge nach hinten, eigentlich keine Restüße spürbar so ausgewogen ist diese Spätlese, feine und lebendige Säure, kommt ungemein saftig und schon erstaunlich zugänglich daher.
