Description

Der Riesling-Sekt von Rebholz wurde mit der traditionellen Fläschengärung beim Weingut Raumland versektet. In der Nase kühle und frische Aromen, Minze und etwas Zitrus, fast etwas Eukalyptus und dazu Quitte, der Hefetouch hält sich sehr dezent im Hintergrund, leichte Gemüsenoten mit einem Hauch Sellerie. Am Gaumen sehr schlank, feine und eher dezente Perlage, die straffe Säure macht ihn sehr lebendig, wieder Zitrus, etwas Limettenzeste und grüne Paprika, hinten raus dann ganz leicht herbes Brioche, sehr animierend.
