Dunkles naturtrübes Goldgelb, in der Nase leicht nussiger und etwas hefiger Duft nach Birne, Boskop-Apfelschale mit vegetabilen und mandeligen Nuancen, über dem auch nach Stunden noch eine minzige Frische liegt, wie och sie selten so ausgeprägt in einem Wein vernommen habe. Erinnert blind absolut an einen "Old Cuban", ein mit Minze geshakter Rum-Champagner-Cocktail. Am Gaumen saftige Frucht mit etwas Schmelz, wieder nussig, hefige und leicht teeige Aromen, die Säure vorhanden, aber zurückhaltend, der Gerbstoff dafür mürbe und bestens integriert. Gute Substanz und Druck, charmant und sehr trinkanimierend. [LA 04/24]
