Die Trauben für den Müller-Thurgau pur stammen von ca. 40-50 Jahre alten Reben, die sowohl auf Muschelkalk- als auch Buntsandsteinböden stehen. In der Nase bereits offen, leicht wachsig, Birnenschale, Boskopapfel, zart würzig mit erdigem Touch. Am Gaumen mit Charme, dezenter Säure, feinem Gerbstoff, die Aromatik bleibt ähnlich wieder etwas Birne, erdige Anklänge hinzukommt Tabak mit einem leicht rauchigem Abgang. [ND 07/2022]
