Die nach Süden ausgerichtete Lage Loibenberg akkumulieren den ganzen Tag über Sonne und gilt als die wärmste der Wachau. Der Grüne Veltliner von Alzinger steht vor allem auf Löss, was eine etwas wärmere und cremige Textur bringt. Reife exotische Nase, gelbe Tropenfrucht, dazu Anklänge von Marillenröster und Wiesenkräutern. Am Gaumen kraftvoll aber elegant gerundet, angenehm extraktsüß, Exotikcocktail, opulent ohne üppig zu sein, zarter Säurebogen, schöne Würze - auch "Pfefferl" genannt, stimmig im Abgang.
