Goldgelb im Glas, verhaltene leicht krautig Nase, Ringlotten, Apfelschale, Wiesenkräuter, nasses Holz, zarte Feuersteinnote, dazu auch exotische Fruchtnuancen mit einem Hauch Blütenhonig. Im leeren Glas vegetabile Noten. Der Darscho zeigt sich in der Nase äußerst vielschichtig und gibt mit mehr Luft und Temperatur ständig neue Aromen preis. Am Gaumen sehr elegante Struktur, schnörkellos gerade, zupackende Säure, Salz, leicht phenolischen Noten, zieht extrem nach hinten, im Abgang etwas dunkles. [GB Jg. 2013]
