Description
Der Chardonnay von der Domaine Villet ist ein perfekter Einstieg in die Region und zeigt sich als charmanter und weicher Sortenvertreter. Ausgebaut wird der Wein im großen, gebrauchten Holzfass und bleibt nach der Gärung auf der Vollhefe bis zur Füllung. Die Frucht ist reif und gelb, etwas Aprikose und Apfel, dazu Hefe und Brioche, offen und sehr geradlinig, das Holz ist nur als filigraner Akzent zu spüren, den Chardonnay von Villet kann man aufziehen und er macht direkt Spaß. Am Gaumen mit weicher Fülle, etwas Cremigkeit, auch hier kommt die Hefe durch, reife Saftigkeit, vollmundig und mit feiner Würze, eine dezente Blättrigkeit, hat Kraft ohne schwer zu wirken.
