Ein UR-Werk, das so ganz dem Triebaumer‘schen Verständnis der natürlichen Weinwerdung entspricht, nämlich ohne jegliche Zusätze. Ein Naturwein ohne Filtration, ohne Schönung und ohne Schwefel! Mittleres Rubingranat, in der Nase florale Noten, zart an Maische bzw. Trester erinnernd, rote Beete, Waldbeeren, ganz zarte Hefe-Reduktion. Am Gaumen sehr lebendige Stilistik, saftig, Beeren-Pflaumen-Cocktail, harmonisch und trinkanimierend, mittleres Tannin, klebt förmlich am Gaumen. Ein gelungenes Beispiel - wo und wie es langgehen könnte!?! [Jg. 2015, GB 01/2017]
