100% aus Blaufränkisch in gebrauchten Barriques ausgebaut. Im Duft saftig-frisch, rote Beeren, blättrige Anklänge vom Roibuschtee, Zimt, auch etwas kalkige Mineralik, feine ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen eine lebendige Struktur, drahtig bei guter Säure, reifes Tannin, erdig, rauchig, intensive Zwetschkenfrucht, Eukalyptus, bleibt gut und lang, schwarzer Tee im Nachhall. [GB Jg. 2011]
