Der Pet Nat Ancestral Ordinaire von Claus Preisinger besteht zu 100% aus Pinot Noir, In der Nase zunächst zart kräutrige Anklänge Brennnessel, Kamille, mit etwas Luft wird die Aromatik deutlich fruchtiger, rote Früchte, Himbeere, Walderdbeere und etwas Rhabarber. Direkt nach dem öffnen, mit etwas ungestümer Perlage, mit etwas Zeit wird sie feiner und dezenter, am Gaumen mit saftiger Säure, die Aromen bleiben rot, wieder Himbeere, Rhabarber, Cassis mit leicht herben Abgang und zarter Hefenote. Die optimale Saftschorle für den Sommer! [ND 05/2022]
