Der White ist der Einstieg in das Sortiment von Weigand, er ist eine Cuvée bestehend aus den urfränkischen Rebsorten Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner und Scheurebe. Der Wein wurde für ca, 9 Monate auf der Hefe ausgebaut und unfiltriert und ungeschönt abgefüllt.
Der Bacchus und die Scheurebe schlagen durch, bereits die erste Nase ist fruchtgeladen, Quitte, Grüner Apfel, Grapefruit und etwas Honigmelone mit leicht floralem Touch. Am Gaumen saftig, mostig, hefig, wild, mit frischer Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, wieder grüner Apfel, Zitrone und einem Hauch Kräuter, durchaus anspruchsvoller als der Jahrgang zuvor! [ND Jg. 2021]
