Der Weißburgunder "S" von Tim Fröhlich ist eine Traubenselektion und wird im großen Holzfass ausgebaut. In der Nase deutliche Quittenanklänge, daneben Birne, Mandarinenschale, Honigmelone, florale Anklänge und ein Hauch Blütenhonig. Am Gaumen eine sämige Textur, durch frische Säure, ein zierliches Tannin unterstützt die Mineralik, wieder florale und blättrige Fruchtnoten, guter Druck im Abgang. [GB 05/2020]
