Der Weißburgunder Muschelkalk ist der Einstieg bei den Burgundern am Weingut Knoll. Intensive Nase nach gelber Birne, leicht speckig-rauchig, mit einer dezenten Würze, am Gaumen bringt er einen feinen Schmelz mit, druckvoll, dabei aber elegant und lebendig und wieder intensive Frucht, Steinobst und gelber Apfel.
