Was für ein Einstieg! Bereits der kleine Weißburgunder von den beiden frankophilen Weinmacher macht Gänsehaut. Gekonntes Naturwein-Feeling, in der Nase Ringlotten, Granatapfel, frische Feigen, Traubenschale und feine Noten von grünen Gartenkräutern wie Liebstöckl, begleitet von einer leichten Reduktion. Am Gaumen beginnt er mit einer leicht herben Textur, getragen von einer schönen Phenolik (vom Maischekontakt), Birnenschale, dezenter Gerbstoff und eine elegante Säure kommen dazu, es wird immer intensiver mit der Zeit, stimmig und lang im Nachhall.
