Der Weißburgunder von Andreas Bender kommt von der Mosel und ist zum Teil im Barrique vergoren und danach im Edelstahl ausgebaut. In der Nase ist er dezent, mit Kräutern, etwas Birne, noch etwas nussig vom Holz. Am Gaumen zuerst cremig, dann kommt eine frische und lebendige Säure durch, feine Kräuterwürze, etwas Steinobst, feine Struktur und guter Druck. [CB Jg. 2013]
