Helles Rubingranat, in der Nase elegante Anklänge von Sauerkirsche, Erdbeere und Waldboden, aber auch süsses Beerenkonfit klingt mit an. Am Gaumen viel Mineralik, die Anfangs zarte Säure dreht mächtig auf und gibt guten Halt auf der Zunge, die Würze tut ein übriges, etwas erdig-tonig im Abgang. Großes Spätburgunder-Vergnügen von Paul Fürst!
