Ganze Rote Veltliner Trauben wurden im kleinen Holzfass vergoren und für 186 Tage auf der Maische belassen und naturtrüb abgefüllt. Sehr helles Orange, in der Nase roter Apfel, Maracuja, Hagebutten, Orangenzeste, orientalische Gewürznoten und Anklänge von Rauchfleisch. Am Gaumen eine saftige Textur mit feiner Säurestruktur, engmaschig, Exotik pur, granularer Gerbstoff, salzig-mineralischer Abgang, nur minimal hefig, hält sich großartig auf der Zunge. [GB 03/2018]
