Ein anspruchsvoller und fordernder Gutsriesling von H.O. Spanier. In der Nase gelber Pfirsich, Getreide, Malz, Nuancen von Feuerstein, minimale Sponti-Eindrücke und eine leichte Hefereduktion. Am Gaumen eine ausgefallene Textur, fast schon ein Reifeton: Rosinen und eine Spur Karamell, äußerst angenehme Säure - die ihm einen guten Zug verleiht, dazu eine feine Kalkmineralik, durchaus komplexer Gesamteindruck, tolles PLV.
