Description
Ein reinsortiger Pinot Noir Sekt aus der VDP-Lage Kirchenstück in Hohen-Sülzen im Wonnegau. Tiefgründige Nase nach Waldbeeren und Schattenmorellen, feuchter Waldboden mit Pilzen, ein Hauch weißer Pfeffer mit kalkig-kühler Mineralik. Am Gaumen eine kraftvolle Textur mit mächtiger Säure, die erzeugt von Anfang Druck, dazu wunderschöne rotfruchtige Nuancen, weißer Stein, leicht salzig, zarte Briochetöne (trotz 90 monatigem Hefelager) begleiten elegant das großartige Gaumenkino.
