Der Name „Moriz„ ist eine Anlehnung an den Hl. Mauritius, dem Schutzpatron von Söll, einer kleinen Ortschaft oberhalb von Tramin. Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase angenehme Zitrus- und Birnenaromen, zart nach Trockenfrüchten, daneben auch Noten von Haselnüssen und Karlsbader Oblaten. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich erstaunlich frisch in der Säure, aber auch mit einer saftigen Fülle, leichter Apfelgeschmack, ganz zierliche Mineralik, harmonisches Gleichgewicht von Körper und Säure, im Abgang leicht würzig mit guter Länge.
