Ein Pétillant Naturel blanc aus 60% Pinot Blanc und 40% Silvaner: symphatische Nase nach Haselnuss, gelber Apfel, Melone, Nuancen von Oblatenwaffeln, dazu eine zarte Rauchigkeit. Am Gaumen eine runde Textur, sehr angenehme Perlage, trotz 10 vol.% alk. eine schöne Mundfülle, leichte Hefe-Brioche-Anklänge, zum Abgang hin entwickeln sich noch wunderbare florale Akzente.
