Beim Vol. 3 von Fuchs & Hase werden Riesling- und Welschriesling-Trauben auf den Schalen angegoren und noch während der Gärung in Flaschen gefüllt, wo der Wein dann zu Ende gärt. Das Ergebnis ist ein spritzig traubiger Pet Nat, perfekt für sommerliche Temperaturen.
