Die (hell)-rote Antwort auf den schon legendären Marto Weiss. Eine Cuvée aus Portugieser & Scheurebe, gewachsen auf schwerem Ton und Kalksteinboden. Ungestüme Nase nach roten Johannisbeeren, gepaart mit Hagebutte, Physalis und Blutorange, leichter ätherischer Einschlag. Am Gaumen eine herbe knackige Textur, drahtiger Körper mit erfrischender Säure, grüne Kräuternoten (Zitronenmelisse), der Gerbstoff ist etwas rau, minimaler Hefetouch mit zartem Brioche. Ausdrucksstark! Gekühlt trinken. [GB 03/2022]
