Eine ungewöhnliche Mischung aus Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder und Frühburgunder, trotzdem eindeutig ein Rotwein, ungestüm und hefetrüb. In der Nase Wildkirschen, Hefeteig, Gewürze, leicht ätherische Noten. Am Gaumen herzhaftes Naturwein-Feeling, viel frische Säure, etwas Bitterstoffe die an Grapefruit erinnern.
