Unter dem Titel „Entdeckungen aus Langenlois„ werden jedes Jahr am Weingut Jurtschitsch besondere Projekt-Weine vinifiziert und in kleinen Mengen abgefüllt. Belle Naturelle - ein Grüner Veltliner im Adam und Eva Kostüm. Ungeschminkt, ungeschönt, unfiltriert - ganze Trauben im neutralen Holzfass für 2 Wochen auf der Maische vergoren. Helles Goldgelb, verspielte Nase nach gelben Apfel, Birne, Aprikose. Am Gaumen ein zarte Phenolstruktur, filigrane Säure, sehr traubig - mostig - süffig. ACHTUNG - naturtrüb! [GB 05/2016]
